Changing your password

To change your password while signed into your account, navigate to your Settings and then to the Security tab. Greenspace recommends changing your password at least once quarterly (every three months). 

Navigate to Settings > Security

From the  Security tab in your Settings, click Edit next to your password.

You will be asked to confirm your current password before setting your new one. Click Save to complete. Note the following rules when creating your password:

• Your password can't be too similar to your other personal information.
• Your password must contain at least 8 characters.
• Your password can't be a commonly used password.
• Your password must contain at least one letter, one number and one special character
