Completing Assessments by E-mail or Text

For patients that have accepted their invitation and created an account, you can send them their assessments directly, by email, or text message (depending on what the patient selected on sign up). This means that assessments can be completed outside of session time. 

  • The first step is to navigate to the patient's Manage tab, and select Complete Now next to one of the assigned assessments.

  • After selecting the desired assessment(s) to be completed, select Email/SMS as the Completion Method.

  • When you select Submit, the selected assessments are sent directly to the patient by email or text message (depending on what the patient selected on sign up). The patient will receive an email or text notification indicating they have a new assessment(s) to complete.

  • When the patient selects Complete Assessments, the assessments will open in their browser. The assessments can be completed on any computer, tablet, or smartphone with an internet connection.
