Helping patients manage security credentials

You can manage the security credentials of your patients at any time. Doing so will send a system generated email to the patient with a security credentials reset link. By clicking on the link, the patient will be able to redefine their security question/answer and password. This article contains step-by-step instructions on how to help patients reset their security credentials faster and more securely. 

Navigate to Patient's Profile > Manage

1. Select the patient that has requested a password or security question reset and click on Manage

2. Scroll down to Additional Options > Click Send Reset Link

3. Click Confirm to email the patient with a security credentials reset link.

This will send a system generated email to the patient's email address with a link to a security credentials reset form. Once completed. patients will be able to log in once again using their newly set security credentials.
