Changing an Assessment's Delivery Limit
This article shows you how to change the number of times a patient is scheduled to receive automated assessments by email or text message.
By default, there is no limit on the number of times an assigned assessment will be delivered to a patient. For assessments with a delivery limit, the assessment will only be sent to the patient the selected number of times. Only delivery limits that are greater than the number of times your patient has already received the assessment can be selected. When the delivery limit has been reached, the frequency of the assessment will be set to Manual and the patient will no longer automatically receive the assessment.
To restart, automated deliveries of the assessment, update the assessment frequency.
Step 1: From the Patient List click Manage on the patient whose assessments you would like to edit.
Step 2: Click on the pencil icon next to the assessment you would like to change. In this example, we've selected the Depression (PHQ9) assessment.
Step 3: In the slide-out window click on the drop-down menu to select a new limit and then click Done to save the changes.
