Delete a Note Type

To delete a note type, select the three dots to access the drop-down menu, then select Edit. This will open a window where you will be asked to confirm your intention to delete the note type.

Note: Once a note type has been deleted it cannot be recovered. All previously created notes that used that note type will not be affected but Therapists and Admins will not be able to create new notes of that type.
