Assigning Additional Assessments

Assigning additional assessments to a patient is very simple and can be done at any time throughout the treatment process. Below is a step by step guide on how to do it.

Step 1: From the Patient List, select Add Assessment in the row of the patient you want to add an assessment for.

Step 2: Select which category of assessment you would like to add (Clinical Symptoms, Functioning, Addictions, Therapeutic Alliance). Below, we have selected Clinical Symptoms, and are presented with a list of all available assessments. 

Step 3: Select the assessment you want to assign. You can also select how often the assessment will be sent to the patient in this step, but this isn't necessary as each assessment will be pre-set to the recommended frequency.

Step 4: For a more detailed summary of the assessments assigned to a specific patient, on the Patient List, select Manage under the patient’s name.
