Using Caseload Assistant for your Patient List
The Caseload Assistant is designed to help providers manage their entire caseload efficiently by providing tools to flag clients based on relevant Measurement-Based Care (MBC) data. This feature allows providers to prioritize tasks, identify at-risk patients, and streamline their workflow to deliver better care.
This feature is beneficial for therapists, supervisors, administrators, and any clinical users involved in managing patient care. It is useful for both new and experienced providers, helping them understand the most relevant caseload level data quickly and manage their tasks efficiently.
The feature helps providers by:
- Providing a comprehensive view of their caseload.
- Highlighting clients who need immediate attention based on various clinical criteria such as suicidality, deterioration, and low engagement.
- Offering tools to triage and manage their entire caseload effectively.
- Reducing the administrative burden, allowing providers to focus more on patient care.
Accessing Caseload Assistant
Therapists can access the Caseload Assistant via the main navigation bar, while Admins can access it via Analytics.
You will have two sections:
- Requiring Attention: This section highlights patients who may require additional attention based on suicidality, low engagement, deterioration and low therapeutic alliance trends in the last 4 weeks.
- On Track: This section surfaces the patients who have reliably improved or those who have seen a consistent improvement trend in the last 4 weeks.
To further drill down on the Caseload Assistant page for more specific results, there are filters for Assigned Assessments, Assigned Tags, Treatment Start Date, and Patient Type. Once you finalize your filters, select the refresh button to ensure the results are updated.

The key benefits of the Caseload Assistant includes:
- Enhanced caseload level insights to drive better care decisions: By providing the most relevant data points across the provider’s entire Caseload, busy providers are better able to understand their caseload level data in less time.
- Efficient caseload triage: Providers can quickly identify clients who require immediate attention, allowing them to prioritize tasks and deliver timely interventions. The feature also highlights clients who are progressing well which can be used for discharge planning.
- Improved caseload level workflow management: The feature consolidates critical patient data in one place, and allows providers to rapidly go from caseload level data to individual patient data to actioning next steps. This reduces the administrative burden on providers allowing them to focus more on patient care.

Is there a limit to the number of clients I can manage with this feature?
No, there is no limit to the number of clients you can manage with the Caseload Assistant. However, the feature is designed to be especially useful for providers with larger caseloads.
Can I customize the criteria within the Caseload Assistant?
The criteria will not be able to be customized for our initial release. However we’d love to hear from you on any enhancements you would like to see.
