NEW: Test Patient Data

New therapists joining Greenspace now have access to a pre-populated test patient by default, allowing them to explore key product features without affecting live data. We have enhanced the test patient experience by introducing pre-populated data, including:

  • Assessment results
  • Insights
  • Suicidality flags
  • Notes

Additionally, to help therapists better understand and navigate the results, we’ve introduced:

  • A guided walkthrough to showcase key functionalities
  • A reset option that allows therapists to restore the test data to its original state, ensuring they can revisit the walkthrough at any time

These updates make it easier for new therapists to understand the full benefits of Greenspace from day one without having any effect on the data analytics or reporting for the clinic.

How Do I Find the Test Patient?

When you access your Patient List, you will see Test patient and they will also be tagged with "Test Patient":

The results can be found under Results for the test patient:

Currently, the test patient includes PHQ-9 and GAD-7 responses. These assessments provide a realistic view of how data is displayed and interpreted within Greenspace. Therapists can also complete additional assessments and add notes to the test patient. However, selecting Reset Data will restore the test patient to its original state, removing any modifications.

When you select Reset Results, a warning will appear to let you know that resetting their data will restore the page to only include the pre-populated PHQ-9 and GAD-7 responses. This may delete other assessments, responses and event notes for other assessments.

With the new test patient, therapists will be able to perform the following actions:

  • Assign new assessments
  • Complete assessments
  • Archive and unarchive their test patient

You will not be able to share this test patient with any other provider within the organization.

For existing therapists, you will see the test patient banner with access to the walkthrough and reset options. However, their test patient will not automatically have pre-populated data unless they select Reset Data.

Existing therapists may be eligible for the walkthrough without resetting their data if they meet the following criteria:

  • They are viewing the test patient
  • PHQ-9 and GAD-7 results are available in the results display

Therapists who do not meet the criteria will need to reset their data to initiate the walkthrough.

Please note that if you wish to delete the Test patient or recover a deleted Test patient, you will have to reach out to Greenspace Support at support@greenspacehealth.com to assist further.
