Assessment delivery schedule
When a new patient account is created, you will be prompted to select one of the delivery schedule options. This option can always be changed afterwards, including switching between Standard and Custom delivery schedules or changing the delivery time or day on a Custom schedule.
Standard schedule
The Standard schedule was designed to deliver assessments to patients on a predetermined weekly schedule, in an effort to increase patient compliance and participation. This schedule type aims to avoid asking patients to complete multiple assessments at the same time, promoting assessment completion at different times throughout the week.
How it works:

Assessments are delivered at pre-determined times. based on research that shows when patients are most likely to complete an assessment (see chart below)

When an assessment is assigned initially, it will be delivered to a patient the next time it appears on the schedule below

For example, if a patient is assigned PHQ-9 on Monday evening, they will receive their first PHQ-9 assessment on Thursday at 10:00am. Following an assessment's first delivery, it will be delivered at the frequency that was set (ie. every 1, 2, 4, or 8 weeks).

Note: If "Manual" Delivery Frequency was selected, assessments will not be automatically delivered and the schedule will not apply.

Custom schedule
Custom schedules allows you to easily specify the exact day and time a patient will regularly receive their assessments. By selecting this option, you can customize the time based on each patient's specific appointment times or personal preferences.
How it works:
- All assessments scheduled for a given week are delivered in one email or SMS message.
- The delivery time and day specified can always be changed.
- Only applicable assessments will be delivered each week depending on the set delivery frequencies (ie. every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks).
- Note: If "Manual" Delivery Frequency was selected, assessments will not be automatically delivered and the schedule will not apply.
GS-Practical Assessment
The GS-Practical Assessment is also delivered on a predetermined weekly schedule. There are eight different administrations of the assessments, each delivered at a different time.
How it works:
- A patient will receive the GS-Practical two times each week. When this assessment is first assigned, a patient will receive the next GS-Practical that is scheduled to be delivered.
- The schedule below outlines the days and times that the GS-Practical is delivered over a four week period.
- A Custom schedule does not override the schedule for the GS-Practical set out below.
- For example, if a patient is assigned the GS-Practical on Wednesday of week three, they will not receive the first assessment until Friday at 12:00pm.
