Changing an Assessment's Start Date
This article shows you how to change when assessments are allowed to start being delivered to patients.
Step 1: From the Patient List click Manage on the patient whose assessments you would like to edit.
Step 2: Click on the pencil icon next to the assessment you would like to change. In this example, we've selected the Depression (PHQ9) assessment. Note: Only assessments that have not yet been delivered to the patient can have their start date changed.
Step 3: In the slide-out window click on the drop-down menu to select the month, day, and year you’d like deliveries to start. Click Done to confirm the change. The assessment will now start delivering to the patient after the selected date based on the assessment delivery schedule.
