How to Access Progress Notes
There are two ways to access a patient's progress notes:
From the Patient List
Click the Notes button located below the patient whose progress notes you would like to access.
From within the detailed patient's record
Once you are within the detailed patient record, you don't have to exit and go back to the Patient List to see the patient's progress notes. Just click on the Notes tab to navigate to the patient's Notes Summary view.

To view an individual progress note
To access the complete details of a progress note:
- Select the header of the note you would like to view (example: Session Note); OR
- Select the three dots, then View.
