Can patients stop assessments?

Yes, patients can stop their assessments via their own Greenspace account. In their account under Settings > Treatment, they can click Stop Assessments. This will stop all assessments and send a notification to their therapist(s) notifying them that the client has stopped their regular assessments. 

If patients are receiving automated assessments via email, they will also have the option of stopping assessments through the email directly. Our system requires patients to confirm once more to ensure they want to stop assessments, in case they selected the option by accident.

After the patient presses Stop Assessments, the therapist will receive a notification of the change.
