How to Save the Kiosk as a Shortcut on a Tablet
If you are using tablets to enable patients to complete assessments on the Kiosk, we recommend saving the Kiosk as a shortcut. This allows users to navigate directly to the Kiosk from the tablet's home screen.
This article shows how to add the Kiosk as a shortcut on iPad and Android tablets.
Step 1: Find your Kiosk URL
If you are an individual therapist, your Kiosk URL is unique to you. To find it, sign in to your account and select Settings, then Kiosk.
If you are part of a clinic that uses Greenspace, please ask your system administrator for assistance.
The Kiosk URL will also appear each time you trigger an assessment via the Kiosk.
Step 2: On the tablet, open Safari and go to your Kiosk URL (see step 1 above).
Step 3: Select the Share button and then Add to Home Screen
Step 4: Modify the name of the shortcut (if desired) and then press Add.
Now a Greenspace icon will appear on the Ipad's home screen, allowing users to navigate directly to the Kiosk.
Step 1: On the tablet, open Google Chrome and go to your Kiosk URL (see step 1 above).
Step 2: Click on the three vertical dots on the top right of the browser window.
Step 4: Select Add to Home Screen.
Step 5: Select Add.
Now a Greenspace icon will appear on the iPad's home screen, allowing users to navigate directly to the Kiosk.
